About WLI

VISION:

To enhance and nurture the leadership potential of young women to impact their lives, careers and communities.

MISSION:

To create an annual gathering place of women from diverse backgrounds for a day of reflection, learning, and mentorships with other women leaders.

WLI Core Values

WLI is founded upon four core values. The conference team and particularly invited speakers are women in various stages of their lives who exemplify the following:
